As you'll know, there are many kinds of stress and they are placed into three major categories. The most typical kind of stress is acute stress. Sometimes acute stress can be exciting, if it comes about in small doses it can be an adrenaline rush and very exciting. Chronic stress is that never ceasing stress of life arriving from events of life that just keep occuring. It is like you can't get a break in life.
