The office is a very cruel place. People tend to have different attitude about work and would often clash with one another. You might encounter a bossy officemate and you can’t stand that kind of attitude. But, this does not have to ruin your daily routine at work.

Many people are very afraid of being alone. They think about this, and they realize that most people at some point are alone for a period of time. This is the scariest thing that being alone is likely. They say that we come into this world by ourselves, and that we go out the same way. Unfortunately, the knowledge of being by our lonesome as older people is a scary thought to most of us.

People that are just starting off on their own or getting out of a codependent relationship may not think of being independent as a natural feeling. The easiest way to become independent is to take small steps one at a time until it does become a natural feeling to you.
