Many people are very afraid of being alone. They think about this, and they realize that most people at some point are alone for a period of time. This is the scariest thing that being alone is likely. They say that we come into this world by ourselves, and that we go out the same way. Unfortunately, the knowledge of being by our lonesome as older people is a scary thought to most of us.

People that are just starting off on their own or getting out of a codependent relationship may not think of being independent as a natural feeling. The easiest way to become independent is to take small steps one at a time until it does become a natural feeling to you.

If you stop to think of the stereotypical artist, you probably are picturing someone who is at least a little bit mentally ill. We’ve all heard that creativity tends to be accompanied by madness, and there are seemingly countless examples of this.

We are not talking about a normal physical lump, let alone a cancerous malignant lump. There are other lumps to talk about. When you are on the verge of emotional outburst, you get a lump in the throat. This lump prevents you from saying something or even breathing.

Happiness is subjective. We can choose whether we want to be happy with our lives or not. Everyday, we are faced with the choices in life that we either choose to be happy with what we have or choose to be sad about it. Replacing negative thoughts are the best ways for you to be happy.
