
Introduction
I’m a long time sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. It had been extremely difficult for me to have a normal life as I am frequently humiliated as well as embarrassed by my sudden attacks. Often the worry of having another panic attack was so bad that it seemed difficult to actually leave my home let alone go out for a movie.

21-7 Technique and Its Purpose
Panic Away is above all a form of relaxation programme which stresses on the 21-7 Technique. You will see exactly what the technique does is to attempt to make it easier to manage the cycle of anxiety that builds up within us each time we have an attack. This technique targets breaking the cycle by attacking that build up via a series of thorough mental and physical assertions combined with a simple breathing method which you do before you have an attack.
Why before an anxiety attack and not after? Because the panic attacks are caused by a build up of anxiety over time. Almost every relaxation method which I’ve tried only tackle the after effects of my anxiousness. The most common and logical thing Panic Away has done is come up with the most successful way to train yourself to not be anxious prior to an anxiety attack. By breaking the cycle, it doesn’t have an opportunity to repeat itself.
All in all, Panic Away works simply because it tackles the problem of our anxiety build-up and not our anxiety breakout. After 2 or 3 weeks under the program, I’ve learned to regain control of my life and now have been free from anxiety and panic attacks thus far (6 months and counting).
