Learning How to Deal With Stress

Stress can be very damaging to our emotions. Stress has the power to alter who we are and who we want to become. Stress can cause us to worry, to be fearful, to expect the worst, to be nervous, to have guilt and face isolation. We will be able to face times of panic where reality isn’t part of the picture. Stress can become our number one enemy.

I’ve got a buddy who has panic attacks and he feels like he has lost all control over his environment. He knows it is not the real case but try saying him that during one of these attacks. He began taking medicine to alter his attacks but the medicine form his words, “Changed my personality to someone I'm not.” How sad that an imaginary understood risk has brought him to a place where he feels his only course is medication that changes him.

Our world is totally full of stressful people and every one has taken a position in life to rely on themselves, or maybe a counselor or medication. I am really not announcing we should not seek professional counselling, from my viewpoint they ought to be a Christian or from taking medicine. But there's a great power in this world if you have a belief in God. He did create the universe, He did create the laws of physics and He created you.

also believe He knows everything about today and tomorrow. He's never caught by surprise and His heart wish is to make provision for His kids. Is that actually true? If you think He sent His son to die for you then you have got to think you are dear to Him.

He simply does not want you to be stressful, concerned or fearful. His word claims we are to have an abundant life one full of joy and peace. There is a great article on the types of stress.
