Even if you don’t ask for their help, they are willing to lend their hands to help you deal with your own anxiety, because of all people they’re the one who really cares about you.

8. Always think positively – In order to keep our minds off the stress and worry, focus on things that are beautiful and positive. Remember, positive thoughts bring positive actions, and negative thoughts bring negative actions. Allow yourself to dream, and imagine the best that could happen.

9. Reward yourself – Give yourself a break/treat. Treat yourself to a spa, or go shopping or watch movies.

Just let go! That’s the better way to handle your anxiety. You can’t control everything. Problems will come your way and you need to face it, but once it causes you too much stress, learn to let go of it or you might start messing up your life.
