Panic and anxiety attacks will make you feel overwhelmed and frightened. You don’t have to feel like that every time, remember you can control your emotions and the effect they have on you. No one else will be able to see your inner fear and there is no reason you ever need to let them know your feelings.

Positive thinking will help you in your battle against anxiety and panic. It can be hard to be positive when you are feeling a mixture of anxiety, fear and sometimes abject panic. As hard as it is to think positive thoughts it is vital that you do so.
