Get To Sleep Faster With Emotional Freedom Technique

If you have a sleeping disorder, you’re not alone. Many people do, and I used to. Among the techniques that I wish I had back then is EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique has become available and supporting many people who have sleeping difficulties.

The vicious cycle associated with sleep deprivation does not bare contemplating. I can really start to sense the worry of that by writing this article. It’s awful and not satisfactory. The days reach on as chores, the nights are spent with noisy minds, the frustration of this predicament, the careful management of your thoughts not to sink lower into despression symptoms, and the hope that somehow some day you may be rid of the condition permanently.

Well please try out Emotional Freedom Technique. It’s easy to understand, and much faster to function if you find a worthwhile practitioner. I have been an EFT Practitioner since qualifying in London’s Regent College taught by a Master Practitioner.

Sleep deprivation and insomnia can have different causes, but tension is always included. EFT can reduce tension.

Let me provide you with a warning when learning EFT. Many practitioners or even people not competent but that talk about EFT will want to spoon feed you with so called ’set–up phrases’. In my experience the set-up phrases must come from your current experience and can’t be given to you.

Emotions are caught inside the both mental and physical components of our own being. Each manifestation of stress and every layer of stress relief must relate to the ongoing vibrations of experience. No pre-canned phrases. They are your emotions. Your views. And your Practitioner must recognize them. That’s just how EFT works.

Here’s one set–up phrase I came across in another write-up:

Even though I am worried about how I feel tomorrow morning, I choose to let my body sleep if it wants to.

Awful, just terrible. Any insomniac will show you that the complete point of their stress is that they CAN’T seem to ‘choose’ to ‘let’ their body fall asleep. That their body does NOT want to. Hence the insomnia!

Thus please be mindful when learning EFT. Find someone who is able to show you exactly how to set-up effectively. Through honesty, integrity and sensitivity.

Learn from an EFT Practitioner or consider a biofeedback device for training your brain to fall asleep.
