Dealing with Anxiety – Experiencing a Lifetime of Freedom

It’s been said that being anxious is self generated although the trigger comes from an outside source such as financial problems, divorce, separation, death or literally hundreds of other causes which make us concerned of what the future holds. Leaving many of us in a condition of anxiousness, worry and fear of the events to come.

Some Physical Evidence of Anxiety

When you are anxious do you find your heart pounding, your respiring faster and more difficult, your shoulders or neck muscles extremely tight and in a lingering knot? Are you feeling lightheaded, unable to focus, scared, tossing-and-turning at night unable to sleep and do you find it is completely impossible to relax?

Anxiety and Fear is Always About The Future

Being anxious and scared is always about looking ahead, looking to the future, it isn't about looking backwards. We already know the results of the past it is the future that causes us to be concerned and even fearful. Events that you fear and you are telling yourself they are coming your way. Things that may not actually occur but your mind is already experiencing the negative affect they are going to have in your life. You are being consumed with worst case eventualities as you attempt to work out answers to the approaching tragedy you have imagined.

Think rationally of what your intellect is doing? Predicting the future as if you had God’s foresight. You are attempting to decipher understood Problems in your life that won't even happen. Being concerned can be so consuming and pointless, whichis probably not how you desire to live life.

Am I Able To break thru to a different life? The answer in my life was an emphatic yes! We each worry and are anxious and yes even scared at times but it doesn't have to be that way. First, let's take a look at some ideas others may give, then I’ll share in detail my private break through, I think it is going to be a discovery that has the potentiality to radically change your life.
