Am I Depressed – Simply You’re Asking!

How often have you asked yourself,”Am I Depressed?” Simply that you are asking your self probably means you are to some degree depressed. If you are fighting with depression you almost certainly are facing fear, a dearth of hope, isolation, uneasiness, stress, shortage of motivation, lifelessness and even the straightforward things of life can send you into a fit of depression.

Nigh-time can be times of restlessness, fidgety and no sleep or quite the opposite can also occur. Where you can't get out of bed, you are feeling like you have been drugged, one is as bad as the other. I have been to both places.

At the start of depression it can be difficult to diagnose or to realise that is what is happening. You can just think you are in a bad mood or things just are not going right. Plenty will give you guidance, most will say you are not depressed. Since they haven't walked in your shoes they don't have any idea what you are facing. To them the answer's quick and easy. It is like telling someone who has lost a kid you know how they feel or to give them information.

Attempt to bide your time with them, most mean well, they just haven't ever been in your place. Much guidance online or from so called professionals is to learn how to handle the depression.

They're going to teach you tricks or methods to live life to make your depression more bearable. Hear calming music, long walks, take a trip, go on a holiday, get out of the city for some time, visit friends, get a pet, read a book. It is sufficient to make you want to scream and say stop. “I am depressed and I do not wish to be depressed and I don't wish to just deal with my depression?
