Simply by breaking the cycle, it doesn’t get the opportunity to repeat itself.
All in all, Panic Away works simply because it tackles the issue of our anxiety build-up rather than our anxiety breakout. After 2 or 3 weeks under the program, I’ve learned to get back control of my life and have been freed from panic attacks to date (six months and counting).
